 I wouldn't normally be tryin' to have anyone make soup during the summer months, but this soup is SO good. Plus you can freeze the leftovers for a taste of summertime in the middle of the cold, dark winter. You could eat it with tortilla chips or cornbread if you require a carb with your soup.
