Winter Fruit Salad
When the weather is cold, and the nights are long it can be easy to get bogged down in a pattern of heavy (albeit comforting) dishes.That's when you need some Winter Fruit Salad to the rescue. This "recipe" is so simple, you could hardly even call it a recipe. It's also very open to interpretation . You could substitute grapefruit or tangerines for the oranges. You could also use walnuts, pecans, or pumpkin seeds instead of the sunflower seeds. And of course, if you're not a fan of raisins or cococnut... leave them out! Or substitute in different dried fruit! The possibilities are endless.
