Brainerd Marsh

 If you love birds, walking along the Brainerd Levee will not disappoint. Herons, Geese, Ducks, Hawks, Turkeys, and lots of song birds are common sightings in and around the freshwater marsh. I've also seen deer on occasion. It is beautiful anytime of year, but in Winter it has a very still, haunting beauty.
