Tomato Braised Chicken Thighs

 Chicken thighs are my favorite cut of chicken. Hands down. This recipe really showcases just how succulent, tender, and delicious chicken thighs can be. The juice from the fresh, summer tomatoes mingles with the delicious fat from the thighs and creates a savory heaven in every bite. I love it with buttery, cheesy yellow grits ( fancy people will call this polenta). It would also be great over brown or white rice if you wanted to go a less decadent route.  Find the recipe here.
